We went to The Marne Inn today and sat outside. They absolutely nailed the procedure and I can’t give them enough credit. It’s obviously not the same as it used to be (although we’ve never been before today) but everything was taken really seriously by staff and punters! Food was great, the strict but effective booking system made everything extremely simple (booking had to be made online, and a £20ph deposit was paid (think this is a weekend rate) as a min spend, you picked the table location plus had to give names and contact details for each person), and there was constant cleaning carried out & plenty of hand sanitiser stations. You would never ever guess that they only re-opened yesterday

Fantastic place for a party. The bar staff make you feel right at home.

Visited recently to watch one of my favourite bands! Great atmosphere, nice and loud had a right laugh and lots of dancing! Had lots of offers on drinks all in all a good place! Friendly staff, stored my coat for me when I asked 🙂

Only ever visited on band nights but always have a blast. Great bands!
